Finance Manager – Associate Director/Director

About the role

The Finance Manager (Associate Director/Director) will lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, regulatory compliance and accurate reporting in line with IFRS and MAS guidelines. This senior position reports to senior leadership and works closely with business units to drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain financial controls and prepare accounts according to IFRS.
• Review and approve monthly payroll, DEWS calculations, and revenue/advisory invoicing.
• Prepare and file quarterly and annual PIB and VAT returns.
• Design and implement accounting systems, internal controls, and treasury processes.
• Lead internal and external audits and track remediation of control weaknesses.
• Develop and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and support risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 10‑12 years of finance experience in senior roles such as Head, AVP or VP.
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulatory reporting requirements and IFRS.
• Proven experience in managing payroll, revenue calculations and regulatory filings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
