Finance Manager (Family Office)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead finance operations across multiple investment entities within a reputable family office. The role involves overseeing group reporting, audit, and consolidation processes while working closely with senior stakeholders and external advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and review financial statements across group entities.
• Manage group consolidation for quarterly and annual reporting.
• Coordinate audit processes at both entity and consolidated levels.
• Review audit schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with tax advisors on cross‑border tax matters.
• Partner with corporate secretaries on governance requirements.
• Support financial oversight of investment and holding structures.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong experience in group consolidation and reporting.
• Exposure to investment, holding or trust structures is advantageous.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
