Finance Manager / Finance Director

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and support long‑term business objectives. The role combines financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis while ensuring accuracy, integrity and efficiency of all financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Prepare, analyse and present financial reports and management dashboards.
• Monitor cash flow, oversee budgeting cycles and forecast future financial performance.
• Maintain effective financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
• Support internal and external audits, evaluate financial risks and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and optimise resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using financial management software.
