Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the full spectrum of financial management for Culina, a specialist food and beverage business within the COMO Group. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure statutory compliance, accurate reporting, and strategic financial planning across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare year‑end financial statements in accordance with FRS and manage the audit process.
• Oversee tax returns, filings and statutory compliance for Singapore and overseas entities (Malaysia, Maldives, future subsidiaries).
• Coordinate corporate secretarial matters, including board documentation and AGM support.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis and develop financial models for ROI and payback assessments.
• Produce monthly management accounts and PowerPoint presentations for board meetings and senior management.
• Conduct feasibility studies and P&L projections for new ventures and support entity set‑up.
• Manage credit control, debtor collections, banking transactions and cash‑flow planning.
• Mentor and develop finance team members while strengthening internal controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting, audit coordination and tax compliance.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Experience managing multi‑entity operations and cash‑flow management.
• Leadership experience in developing finance teams.
