Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the Group’s financial reporting, consolidation and governance activities across all subsidiaries. This senior position partners with country finance teams, senior management, auditors and external advisors to ensure accurate, timely and compliant financial information that supports strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Group consolidation process and produce consolidated financial statements.
• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including SGX announcements and Board papers.
• Review country submissions for IFRS compliance and consistency with Group accounting policies.
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal controls and finance governance across regional entities.
• Support treasury, cash‑flow planning and business performance analysis.
• Lead finance transformation, process‑improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior finance team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent; CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
• 6‑8 years of finance experience with regional or group responsibilities, preferably in a listed or multinational company.
• Big 4 audit background and experience managing multiple overseas subsidiaries.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, high ownership and accountability.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS / SFRS(I) and SGX Listing Rules.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Business Central or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workiva is a plus.
