Finance Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting and reporting in a fully remote setting. The role supports strategic business decisions by delivering accurate financial insights and ensuring compliance with policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports to evaluate business performance.
• Monitor cash flow, oversee financial transactions and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
• Provide leadership with actionable financial insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial reporting tools.
• Familiarity with ERP or other financial management systems (preferred).
