Finance Reporting Analyst – Regulatory Reporting

About the role

Citi is seeking an Officer, Finance Reporting Intermediate Analyst to join its Controllers Organization in Singapore. The role focuses on regulatory reporting, supporting the preparation, analysis and submission of key regulatory filings to U.S. and local regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Support the production, review and timely submission of regulatory filings such as FR Y‑9C, FR Y‑14, Call Report, FFIEC 009, FR Y‑15 and others.
• Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports to identify challenges and issues.
• Implement processes and controls to mitigate the risk of inaccurate reporting.
• Collaborate with finance and non‑finance functions to drive process improvements and enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency and transparency.
• Assist the team during regulatory inquiries and examinations by delivering accurate information and analysis.
• Work with peers and program leaders on the implementation of U.S. regulatory changes within the reporting framework.
• Partner with the Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal‑control structure.

Required profile

• Experience in regulatory reporting and familiarity with U.S. and local regulatory reporting rules and instructions.
• Ability to work closely with Finance, Risk, Treasury, FP&A, Enterprise Technology and Operations teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
