Finance Specialist – Cost Planning and Analysis (Manager)

About the role
The analyst will join the Cost Planning and Analysis team to drive cost‑management initiatives. Using data‑driven analytics, the role aims to achieve cost efficiency and optimal return on every dollar spent.
Key responsibilities
- Lead key cost‑management agenda across the organization.
- Design cost transparency and performance metrics to guide resource allocation.
- Initiate cost initiatives in collaboration with cost custodians.
- Leverage data analytics to provide insights for cost‑related decisions.
- Ensure cost governance through the Expense Control Framework.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in the banking industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proactive in streamlining processes and driving automation.
