Finance Transformation Consultant

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant to support its Finance Operations team. In this role you will act as a subject‑matter expert, delivering high‑quality metrics, reporting and analytics while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to improve finance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance financial reporting tools that enable data‑driven decision making.
• Coordinate and execute financial analytics and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial data to uncover trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions to strengthen team understanding of financial processes and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline finance operations and standardise reporting workflows.
• Provide guidance and problem‑solving support to the immediate team and related groups.
• Contribute to operational decisions and support governance of finance reporting processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting, finance operations or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in core financial processes and financial management reporting.
• Experience with finance process systems, preferably Oracle or SAP.
• Proven ability to interpret financial data and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging multiple teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing reporting activities.
• Experience supporting finance operations in structured or regulated environments, including government‑related projects.
