Financial Accountant (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our finance team as a Financial Accountant. The role supports the preparation of group management accounts, financial statements and various ad‑hoc projects, providing a solid foundation in corporate accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly group management accounts, quarterly and annual financial statements and accompanying notes.
• Support the consolidation of group financial statements, including inter‑company eliminations and unrealised profit adjustments.
• Collect and review financial data from subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies and IFRS.
• Handle full‑set accounting for small entities and liaise with external auditors during year‑end audits.
• Review corporate expenses, contribute to the annual budgeting process and suggest cost‑improvement measures.
• Participate in the integration of non‑China entities into the GL shared‑service centre.
• Prepare schedules and documentation required for IPO audits and other ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
• Good planning, communication and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
