Financial Analyst – Corporate Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the corporate reporting team at Marina Bay Sands. The role supports financial planning, analysis and regulatory reporting for multiple business units, helping drive data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare routine financial and operational reports and presentations for management, corporate and regulatory authorities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for General & Admin, Marketing & Advertising and Property Operations.
• Summarise, reconcile and report financial data to track trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain department operating budgets, bi‑weekly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Consolidate analyses from other analysts and provide clear commentary.
• Collaborate with Las Vegas Sands corporate office and regulators on reporting matters.
• Review Capital Project Request Forms, ensuring assumptions and calculations are sound.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analyses for special projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant financial analysis experience or equivalent capability.
• Independent, resourceful and analytical with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on process efficiency and automation.
