Financial Controller – Investment Holding

About the role

The company, a listed investment holding, is undergoing a major transformation and seeks a seasoned finance leader to drive change. As Financial Controller you will lead the finance team and own the full spectrum of accounting, reporting, and financial management functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, tax structuring, compliance and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare and review statutory group reporting, annual reports and corporate governance documentation.
• Draft and present board papers, quarterly results, real‑estate valuation announcements and accounting memos to the Audit Committee and Board.
• Collaborate with Group Treasury on cash management, FX and interest‑rate hedging.
• Conduct financial and sensitivity analysis on the investment portfolio.
• Lead capital and tax restructuring for divestments and negotiate asset financing with banks and advisors.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting with CA or CPA qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in real‑estate or project investment holding environments.
• Proven experience in corporate finance, treasury, tax structuring and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with SGX reporting is a plus.
