Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead and manage the full spectrum of finance functions across multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and effective cash flow management. This senior position partners with business units to drive financial discipline and support strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee consolidation, inter‑company transactions, reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Manage day‑to‑day finance operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across business platforms, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor construction‑in‑progress and project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Oversee tax compliance, coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulators.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, automation and process optimisation to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
• Act as a business partner to senior management, providing strategic financial insights and leading the finance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting, consolidation and controllership for multi‑entity organisations.
• Strong knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and audit processes.
• Experience managing finance operations, cash flow planning and working capital optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting, forecasting and project‑based financial monitoring.
• Track record of driving finance transformation, automation and process improvement.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop finance professionals.
