Financial Controller – Senior Finance Leader

About the role

We are an established listed investment holding undergoing a strategic evolution. We are looking for a senior Finance Controller to lead the Finance team and drive change across accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, tax structuring, compliance and cash‑flow management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial functions, including statutory group reporting and Annual Report preparation.
• Prepare and present board papers, quarterly results, real‑estate valuation announcements and accounting treatment memos to the Audit Committee and Board.
• Lead treasury management, cash optimisation, FX and interest‑rate hedging in partnership with Group Treasury.
• Conduct financial and sensitivity analysis on the investment portfolio and ensure delivery of annual budgets.
• Manage loan, audit, tax and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Drive capital and tax restructuring for divestments and negotiate asset financing and refinancing arrangements.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting with CA or CPA qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in real‑estate or project investment holding companies.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience presenting to senior boards.
• Familiarity with SGX reporting is a plus.
