Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

About the role

MyRepublic is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support its finance function across the organisation. You will work closely with the reporting team and business units to ensure accurate performance tracking, budgeting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly KPI dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Conduct variance analysis of actuals versus budget/forecast and present findings.
• Collaborate with the Financial Reporting team to deliver timely financial reports.
• Support monthly actuals, quarterly forecasts and annual budget cycles.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for budgeting and forecasting.
• Perform preliminary reviews of business cases.
• Answer finance‑related queries by understanding operational workflows.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and cross‑entity initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in FP&A.
• Audit background is preferred.
• Independent, meticulous and able to analyse operational processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
• Highly self‑driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Workday (advantageous).
