Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will lead financial analysis and planning activities to drive profitability and operational excellence across the business. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Retail, Marketing and Finance, the role ensures accurate P&L forecasting, budget management and KPI achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall revenue and profit plans in partnership with Sales and Product Marketing, optimizing product and channel mix.
• Maintain continuous communication with regional HQ and internal stakeholders on P&L status, providing monthly, quarterly and annual simulations.
• Coordinate budget management, profitability forecasting and TIM budget accuracy.
• Participate in the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements and support change‑management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance and Management teams to deliver timely insights and KPI optimisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management.
• 7–15 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Fluent Korean language skills for collaboration with South Korean HQ.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (MS Office) proficiency.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Ability to perform financial modelling and scenario analysis.
