Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager

About the role

This senior position leads the FP&A function for a fast‑growing regional fintech, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. You will shape financial strategy across multiple markets and product lines, turning analysis into actionable recommendations that drive product, partnership and market decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and monthly/weekly reporting cycles, delivering decision‑ready insights and recommendations.
• Prepare board and management materials, translating complex analyses into clear performance narratives.
• Partner with product and commercial leaders to challenge assumptions, optimise unit economics and hold teams accountable for growth targets.
• Support fundraising and investor relations by leading data‑room preparation, assembling and quality‑checking financial models and performance data.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements, leveraging automation and AI to enhance analytics and reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance or corporate FP&A, preferably in high‑growth or tech‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to form independent views, challenge the business when numbers don’t support narratives, and drive execution.
• Deep curiosity about fintech business models, unit economics and market trends.
• Strategic, ownership‑driven mindset with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
