Food & Beverage Server (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Server to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena. In this full‑time position you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests at the hotel’s restaurant, banquets and events.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables, event materials and dining areas according to standards.
• Communicate orders with the kitchen and ensure timely service.
• Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies and handle waste disposal.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies; report any hazards or incidents.
• Adhere to uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Assist with post‑event breakdown and reset of venues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food‑and‑beverage service, preferably in a hotel or event setting.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• No supervisory experience required.
