Food & Beverage Service Executive – In‑Suite Dining & Pool Bar

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Executive will lead the In‑Suite Dining and Pool Bar teams at Raffles Hotel Singapore, ensuring every guest receives impeccable service that reflects the hotel’s historic luxury. This role combines hands‑on service with supervisory responsibilities to maintain high standards of food and beverage delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily set‑up and operation of In‑Suite Dining and Pool Bar, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise, coach and motivate team members, fostering a professional and dedicated service culture.
• Take guest orders, promote menu items, and ensure accurate input into the Point of Sale system.
• Maintain grooming standards and present a polished appearance at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs, verify satisfaction throughout the service, and personalize interactions using guest preferences.
• Coordinate with the Outlet Manager to achieve service, product, and financial targets.
• Ensure correct temperature, presentation, and timely delivery of food and beverages.

Required profile

• Proactive, interactive and reactive leadership style with the ability to inspire confidence in the team.
• Strong customer‑focus and emotional intelligence to handle guest interactions courteously.
• Excellent grooming and presentation in line with hotel standards.
• Thorough knowledge of food, beverage, liquor and cocktail menus.
• Attention to detail and ability to double‑check orders before sending to the kitchen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and transaction processing.
