Food Production Technician – Coldroom Operations

About the role

Join SEJ Food Hub as a Food Production Technician working in a coldroom environment. You will prepare and pack high‑quality meat cuts according to customer specifications while maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate meat processing equipment to cut, trim, and portion meat products.
• Pack, label, and stack portions per customer and company specifications.
• Set up and maintain the packing and labeling area.
• Perform end‑of‑day functions and keep work areas clean and sanitized.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Ability to lift up to 30 kg regularly and up to 60 kg occasionally.
• Comfortable working in freezing temperatures (‑18 °C to 10 °C).
• Stand or walk for the entire shift and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Basic computer, calculator, and communication system proficiency.
