Forward Deployment Engineer – Industrial AI

About the role

Innowave Tech is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to bring its AI solutions to semiconductor and advanced manufacturing sites. The role bridges customer needs, domain expertise, and product development to ensure AI workflows deliver measurable production improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site or remote deployment of AI solutions, translating customer requirements into system configurations and end‑to‑end implementations.
• Diagnose production challenges using data, domain knowledge and engineering principles, and work with product teams to resolve issues.
• Provide a feedback loop between customers and product teams, turning deployment insights into product enhancements and reusable modules.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers and domain experts, communicating with stakeholders across engineering, operations and management.

Required profile

• Legal eligibility to work in Singapore or Malaysia without sponsorship.
• Fresh graduate or 1‑2 years of experience in a related field; intensive training will be provided.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of industrial systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
