Founding Partner – Investments & Capital Formation

About the role

We are building a research‑led investment fund and seek a founding partner to co‑lead portfolio management and capital formation. This is a co‑founding GP position, not a traditional hire, with equity and carry participation.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑lead portfolio construction and act as the named portfolio manager.
• Co‑lead capital formation, building the LP pipeline and managing investor relationships.
• Serve as a qualifying key person under the fund’s licensing structure.
• Shape fund strategy and structure as a true founding partner.
• Help achieve the first capital raise within 12–18 months.

Required profile

• Demonstrated investment track record with attributable returns.
• Credibility to present to institutional LPs.
• Established network with family offices, sovereign wealth funds, private banks, or accredited allocators, or proven ability to build one.
• Ambition to launch your own vehicle and start from a research platform.
