FP&A Controller – Group Finance (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated finance professional to join our Group Finance team in Singapore. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will gain broad exposure across financial planning & analysis, group consolidation, management reporting, internal controls, sustainability reporting, and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial reports for the Group, including intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
• Coordinate financial reporting submissions from subsidiaries and business units, and produce management packs for senior leadership and the Board.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, delivering variance analysis and performance insights.
• Assist with cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital management, and ad‑hoc financial modelling.
• Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks, document finance processes, and coordinate audit requests.
• Collect and consolidate sustainability data, prepare disclosures, and monitor reporting standards.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives, reporting automation, system enhancements, and data‑analytics projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally from a Big 4 or reputable audit firm.
• Experience auditing listed companies and working with group structures.
