FP&A Manager – APAC

About the role

The FP&A Manager for APAC will lead financial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis for the APAC Management Entity. Reporting to the FP&A Director APAC, the role supports the APAC Management Committee and coordinates with HQ on presentations and strategic reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Drive monthly closing, P/L and cash forecasting across Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Pacific affiliates.
• Monitor performance versus mandate, challenge rolling forecasts and identify risks & opportunities.
• Develop and maintain automated analysis tools (PowerBI, Excel) and standard presentation templates for QBRs, CODI and HQ meetings.
• Act as business partner to affiliates, share best‑practice financial processes and provide decision‑support tools.
• Lead short‑term finance transformation initiatives, including EPM, MDM and Beyond Budget implementation.

Required profile

• Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• PowerBI for automated reporting.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards (advantage).
• Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
