Freelance CX Trainer (Luxury Retail)

About the role

CXG, a global business founded in 2006 with 12 offices and over 160 professionals serving more than 200 luxury clients, is hiring a freelance CX Trainer in Singapore. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside your team to meet project requirements, deadlines and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' learning needs so that training delivered to their teams is impactful
• Liaise with the Project Manager and team to define training needs, objectives and schedule sessions
• Support the design of effective training programmes and content
• Deliver training sessions in class and/or online (retail programmes, workshops, coaching) and create a vivid, dynamic environment that drives mindset change and equips participants with relevant skills
• Inspire participants using discussion, demonstration, games and storytelling
• Coach on the floor or online

Required profile

• Strong luxury retail background and insight (skincare, perfume and makeup, luxury retail preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service excellence, customer experience and training
• Experience in classroom training, workshops and on-the-floor coaching of customer experience mindset, emotional selling, service excellence and clienteling/CRM for retail frontline teams
• Excellent communication skills with fluent Mandarin and English
