Freelance Placement Consultant (CEI License)

About the role

Phluid Match is seeking a motivated freelance Placement Consultant to join its technology‑driven recruitment platform. You will work remotely, handling employer enquiries and matching candidates from an AI‑powered database, while contributing to the company’s growth across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employer enquiries generated through the social‑media funnel on the platform.
• Analyse employer requirements and recommend suitable candidates from the proprietary AI database.
• Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between employers and candidates.
• Achieve monthly placement and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Possess a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) Basic licence or be willing to obtain it quickly.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Singaporean citizenship.
