Fresh Graduate Engineer

About the role

We are looking for motivated fresh graduates or early‑career professionals to join our team in Singapore East and support ERP and MES implementation projects within manufacturing environments. The role offers hands‑on experience in system configuration, testing, data validation and user support, providing a solid foundation for a career in industrial engineering and information technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of ERP and MES solutions.
• Gather business requirements and help translate them into system settings.
• Perform functional testing, data validation and quality checks.
• Support user training, post‑go‑live activities and end‑user issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, process records and update status reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams.
• Participate in project meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Manufacturing or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience or academic exposure to ERP, MES, manufacturing systems or IT projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
