Front Office Guest Services Agent

About the role

The Guest Services Agent is the first point of contact for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton Millenia Singapore. You will create memorable experiences by handling check‑ins, check‑outs, and a wide range of guest requests while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures, following all BSA and reservation policies.
• Handle cash transactions, operate the cash register, and ensure accurate cash drawer management.
• Program electronic employee keys and manage key machine operations.
• Coordinate room assignments, manage special requests, and document wake‑up calls.
• Provide guests with information on property amenities, local attractions, dining, and transportation.
• Answer telephone calls promptly using correct etiquette and verbiage.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Establish credit for reservations and follow safety deposit box procedures.

Required profile

• Adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and asset protection.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
