Front Office Recruiter (Financial Services)

About the role

Selby Jennings is seeking a Front Office Recruiter to join its Singapore platform. You will operate as a market specialist, managing the full recruitment cycle for front‑office talent across investment banking, sales & trading, asset management and hedge funds.

Key responsibilities

• Run a full 360° recruitment desk covering front‑office roles in investment banking, markets and buy‑side functions.
• Proactively develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Headhunt, assess and place mid‑to‑senior level front‑office professionals.
• Advise clients on hiring strategy, market intelligence and compensation trends.
• Manage candidates end‑to‑end: sourcing, interviewing, offer management and closure.
• Build a strong personal brand through networking, referrals and thought leadership.
• Consistently achieve revenue and activity targets.
