Front‑End Software Engineer (React/TypeScript)

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Front‑End Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript. You will work in a cross‑functional Agile team, delivering high‑quality UI components that integrate with backend services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new front‑end features with React and TypeScript.
• Build reusable, design‑compliant UI components.
• Implement responsive layouts using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Consume REST APIs and handle data integration.
• Add unit and component tests to ensure reliability.
• Fix defects across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Git workflows.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and team collaboration.

Required profile

• Experience with ReactJS development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Understanding of React fundamentals (components, hooks, state, props).
• Familiarity with state‑management libraries such as Redux.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience consuming REST APIs.
• Basic testing knowledge (unit or component testing).
• Exposure to Git and CI/CD pipelines.
