FRS Training Instructor

About the role

Survitec is hiring a permanent FRS Training Instructor based in Singapore. The role focuses on developing, delivering and assessing training programmes for service technicians, ensuring competence, safety and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual training plan for service technicians and deliver a wide range of training content in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Apply the full training cycle, conduct needs analysis, assess competence to standard and analyse feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate training records, issue certificates and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
• Support competence assessment activities, coach technicians and work with operations managers to meet assessment schedules.
• Perform service technician duties when required, demonstrating up‑to‑date operational skills.
• Facilitate a community of practice, share best practices and drive continuous improvement of training materials and processes.
• Identify and report non‑conformances, assist with incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Promote Survitec’s values and a safety‑first culture within the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technical training to service technicians or similar audiences.
• Strong understanding of the training cycle, competence assessment and record‑keeping procedures.
• Ability to analyse training feedback and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement and Survitec’s core values.
