Full Stack Developer – Web, Backend & Mobile

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer who can design, build, and maintain high‑quality web, backend, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a proactive mindset, taking ownership of their work and caring deeply about code craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications across Angular.NET, and Flutter platforms.
• Translate business requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and integration strategies.
• Build and maintain CMS‑driven websites, ensuring flexible content workflows.
• Implement SEO best practices, including structured data, performance optimisation, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and delivery teams to create consistent user experiences.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and long‑term maintainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of professional experience delivering production‑grade full‑stack solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Angular for front‑end development.
• C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core) for backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Flutter for cross‑platform mobile applications.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Sitefinity, Sitecore, Strapi, or WordPress.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (on‑page optimisation, structured data, sitemaps, canonicalisation, performance, accessibility).
• Git‑based version control and collaboration tools (GitLab, Confluence, JIRA).
• Agile development methodology.
