Full-Stack - Frontend-Focused Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend engineering to build and maintain applications for internal users and clients in the Wealth Management domain. The role combines expert‑level React and Typescript expertise with solid Java and Spring Boot capabilities to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React.
• Build and optimise RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• Implement and maintain Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures, including Module Federation and Single‑SPA.
• Drive best practices across the technology stack and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, stakeholders and other tech teams to deliver high‑quality products.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues spanning both frontend and backend.
• Lead technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to the technical roadmap.

Required profile

• Expert‑level frontend expertise with React (v19), Typescript, Redux/RTK and modern web technologies.
• Junior‑to‑mid‑level backend experience with Java (v21) and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Micro Frontend architecture, modular/micro‑service patterns and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, message queues and performance optimisation.
• Proven ability to write unit and integration tests and apply SOLID design principles.
