About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB) at Singapore Management University invites applications for multiple full‑time, tenure‑track faculty positions in Operations Management. Candidates will join a vibrant, research‑focused department and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, as well as high‑impact scholarly work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an active research agenda with strong publications in top journals.
• Teach 2–3 courses per academic year, covering core and advanced Operations Management topics.
• Supervise graduate students and mentor junior faculty.
• Secure external research funding and engage with industry partners.
• Participate in departmental service, curriculum development, and academic committees.

Required profile

• Earned Ph.D. in Operations Management or a closely related field (or near completion for junior assistant rank).
• Demonstrated research potential or record, especially in analytics, AI, machine learning, entrepreneurship, or sustainability.
• Commitment to high‑quality teaching and mentorship.
