About the role
The Educator role is the foundation of lululemon’s success in retail. Educators create world‑class guest experiences, share product knowledge and embody the brand’s community‑focused culture.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with guests to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience.
- Provide technical product education, articulating value and benefits.
- Execute accurate transactions and support omnichannel programs.
- Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
- Promote and participate in local community initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
- Maintain product presentation, restock merchandise and ensure store cleanliness.
- Utilise in‑store technology to support operations and safety procedures.
