About the role

The Future Business Leader Programme is a 24‑month, high‑intensity talent incubator designed to develop autonomous operators who can own products, categories, markets or growth engines. Participants start with a three‑month immersion in the Founders Office and then rotate through product, growth and commercialisation functions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a three‑month intensive immersion in the Founders Office, gaining fluency in data, finance and marketplace fundamentals.
• Rotate through three core business engines – product, growth and commercialisation – over 21 months, reporting to senior leaders and delivering real P&L impact from day one.
• Co‑create and execute AI‑driven strategies, leveraging the group’s AI infrastructure to solve user problems and drive commercial breakthroughs.
• Participate in organisational capability‑building programmes that shape the future of the business.

Required profile

• Strong logical reasoning, data fluency, business acumen and excellent communication skills.
• 0‑2 years of post‑graduation experience; emphasis on what you have shipped rather than years on a resume.
• Entrepreneurial, resource‑rich, team‑oriented mindset with high tolerance for ambiguity and rapid execution.
• Builder signal: founded a venture, joined an early‑stage startup, ran a profitable side‑hustle or led a community.
• AI‑native: daily use of AI tools to architect systems, automate workflows and ship outcomes.
