GenAI Manager

About the role

A public firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced GenAI specialist to join its team. The role covers architecting and developing AI-powered applications, leading teams in building secure and compliant AI systems, and managing the full application lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI-powered applications, integrating generative features while ensuring performance, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Lead teams in building secure, compliant AI systems, implementing governance frameworks and ethical development standards.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, applying agile and MLOps practices to deliver efficient, high-impact AI solutions.
• Drive innovation through technical roadmaps, emerging AI research, and strategic model monitoring and versioning.
• Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions and deliver projects across functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; AI/ML certifications are a strong advantage.
• 5-7 years in application development and AI integration, including 2+ years of hands-on generative AI implementation.
• Proven team leadership, AI governance, ethical development, agile methodologies and stakeholder communication.

Required skills

• LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, fine-tuning and AI model deployment.
• Python, system design and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Containerization technologies.
• Multimodal AI, model evaluation, infrastructure scaling, and AI safety and testing practices.
