Global Account Director – Consumer Packaged Goods

About the role

The Global Account Director will lead TikTok’s relationship with its largest Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) advertisers worldwide, based in Singapore. You will partner with regional sales teams and cross‑functional partners to drive revenue, deliver innovative solutions and ensure successful implementation of joint business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Drive global revenue growth by collaborating with CPG clients, regional sales partners and internal teams.
• Lead first‑to‑market activations and platform‑leading innovations on a global scale.
• Support regional sales in overcoming business blockers and enable pitch processes.
• Act as an external product consultant, educating clients and agencies on TikTok solutions and best practices.
• Analyse account performance data to provide data‑driven insights and optimise product offerings.
• Conduct regular business reviews and build long‑term consultative relationships with clients.
• Foster a collaborative environment for sharing learnings and innovations across accounts worldwide.
• Work with Consumer, Content, Product and Revenue teams to meet organisational KPIs and manage forecasting, spend analysis and market participation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in sales or business development with a strong track record of client management and revenue generation in digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business solutions.
• Experience managing global accounts, preferably within the CPG sector.
