Global Branding & Communications Manager

About the role

BytePlus is seeking a Global Branding & Communications Manager to lead the creation and distribution of customer‑focused content across key international markets. You will work closely with product, sales and regional teams to shape the brand narrative and drive awareness for BytePlus’s AI‑powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies for global markets, adapting core brand messages to regional audiences.
• Create in‑depth customer case studies, press releases, video scripts and social‑media content for platforms such as X.
• Coordinate co‑marketing initiatives with key accounts, including joint social‑media campaigns.
• Build and maintain a global communication performance dashboard, tracking brand awareness, media exposure, lead conversion and ROI.
• Manage BytePlus brand assets (logo, visual system, narrative, case library) and expand the brand content matrix with white papers, solution cases and executive viewpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Experience working in regional markets such as SEA, APAC, EUI or EMEA in a marketing, communications or public‑relations role.
• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency.
• Proven ability to produce English press releases, video scripts and oversee video production.
• Familiarity with global B2B communication and social‑media platform guidelines.
