Global HR Operations Director – Fintech Scale‑up

About the role

The Global HR Operations Director will be based in Singapore and act as a deputy to the Group CHRO. Partnering closely with the C‑suite, the role will drive the scaling, refinement and transformation of global HR ways of working for a fast‑growing fintech scale‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Review and optimise global HR processes and services across multiple regions.
• Oversee the HR technology stack and ensure effective utilisation of tools such as Workday.
• Lead major HR operations and people‑transformation initiatives, including people‑related M&A activity.
• Enhance employee experience through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
• Manage and develop a geographically dispersed HR Operations and Services team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Global or Regional HR Operations Director or Head of People Services & Transformation.
• Track record of leading dispersed teams in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments.
• Experience in both pre‑ and post‑acquisition settings, preferably within the fintech or tech sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior leadership level.
• Exposure to multiple international markets and familiarity with the Singapore tech ecosystem.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) – preferred.
