Global Internal Communications Manager

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the global internal communications strategy.
• Design and deliver high‑impact global campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Create compelling content across a full mix of channels to engage employees.
• Partner with HR and other functions to deliver change‑management communications and corporate initiatives.
• Lead executive communications, including town halls and leadership messaging.
• Establish global communications frameworks, governance, and collaboration with country teams.
• Draft internal messages, announcements, and content for senior leadership.
• Oversee the performance of the engagement platform (Work Vivo) and manage reporting/metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to functions and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, agency experience valued.
• Proven ability to lead global communications and change programmes.
• Strong leadership and executive‑level stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for employee engagement and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
