About the role
As a Global Last Mile Operations Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end flow of orders from our overseas ERP systems to local logistics partners, ensuring shipments reach customers on time and without issues. You will work closely with warehouse, IT, carrier and customer service teams to keep the last‑mile network running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage order dispatching from overseas ERP systems to logistics partners’ platforms, guaranteeing timely and accurate processing.
- Resolve order dispatch failures and data discrepancies by coordinating with warehouse and IT teams for rapid troubleshooting.
- Optimize ERP order‑to‑logistics‑channel matching rules based on business priorities such as speed or cost efficiency.
- Monitor real‑time status of last‑mile shipments, identify exceptions (delays, lost parcels, address errors) and drive resolution.
- Develop standardized workflows for recurring issues and implement continuous process improvements.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on exception types, volumes and resolution progress; analyse root causes and propose optimisation strategies.
- Track key performance metrics (delivery timelines, exception rates) and trigger corrective actions.
