Logistic Coordinator

About the role

The Logistic Coordinator will manage the flow of goods within VAT Group's Singapore warehouse, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts. This position supports both local deliveries and export shipments while maintaining high data integrity in the ERP system.

Key responsibilities

• Perform physical binning of incoming shipments and record all transactions in the ERP system.
• Execute goods receipt, inventory adjustments, and warehouse transfers using the ERP.
• Process pick requests from Customer Support, Service, and Sales teams and manage related return documentation.
• Coordinate local deliveries and export shipments, including customs clearance where required.
• Maintain housekeeping of parts and locations, and ensure timely delivery from port to final destination.
• Operate a VAT‑owned vehicle for part delivery or collection when needed.
• Support additional administrative duties as directed by the Sales Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in order‑to‑cash sub‑processes, logistics, or inventory management.
• Business Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in using ERP systems within a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and one additional Asian language.
• Analytical problem‑solving ability for ground operations.
