Global Last Mile Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Global Last Mile Operations Specialist to oversee order dispatch and last‑mile delivery performance across our international markets. You will act as the bridge between our ERP system, logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and continuous improvement of our delivery network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order dispatch from overseas ERP systems to logistics partners, ensuring accurate processing and timely hand‑off.
• Resolve dispatch failures and data discrepancies by coordinating with warehouse and IT teams.
• Optimize order‑to‑logistics channel matching rules based on speed, cost and business priorities, and conduct regular testing of system logic.
• Monitor real‑time status of last‑mile shipments, identify exceptions such as delays, lost parcels or address errors, and drive resolution with carriers and customer service.
• Develop standardized workflows for recurring issues (e.g., customs clearance failures, delivery failures) and implement process improvements.
• Compile weekly and monthly reports on exception types, volumes and resolution progress, track key performance metrics and propose optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address root causes of ticket surges and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with logistics partners, warehouse, IT and customer service teams.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in monitoring shipment status and handling exceptions.
• Experience in order management, logistics operations or supply‑chain environments.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP order management systems.
• Experience with logistics platforms and last‑mile delivery processes.
• Proficiency in data reporting and analysis (e.g., Excel, reporting tools).
