Go To Market Lead - Payments

About the role

The NETS Group, a payments services group behind Singapore's national debit scheme, is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Go To Market (GTM) leader. The role drives the commercial success of its payment products across SMBs, large enterprises, platforms, marketplaces, banks and ISVs, combining market understanding, product storytelling and commercial acumen. It suits someone with payments or fintech experience who can work autonomously and influence product, sales, technology, partnerships and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for payment products, own market segmentation, ICP development, buyer personas and use-case prioritisation, and build multi-segment GTM plays
• Lead end-to-end product launches (messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging, rollout) and partner with Product and Engineering on the roadmap, embedding risk, compliance and regulatory considerations
• Work with Sales leadership to create pipeline and improve win rates, and build sales enablement assets such as playbooks, pitch decks, battlecards and ROI/TCO tools
• Define and scale partner and channel strategies (platforms, SaaS, banks, resellers, ISVs) and build partner enablement, including joint marketing and incentive models
• Own pricing strategy across transaction fees, FX and value-added services, run competitive pricing analysis and test pricing models against adoption and lifetime value
• Track the competitive landscape and regulatory developments, and act as an internal subject matter expert on payments market dynamics

Required profile

• 5-10+ years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, Strategy or Commercial roles
• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services or adjacent tech sectors
• Demonstrated track record in leading product launches and sales enablement
• Excellent storytelling, positioning and messaging skills
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority
