Graduate Programme for Polytechnic Graduates – 18‑Month Apprenticeship

About the role

This 18‑month Graduate Programme is designed for recent Polytechnic diploma holders who are ready to launch their careers. Participants join a leading host company in Singapore as full‑time employees, gaining hands‑on experience across a variety of functional areas.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside industry professionals in finance, technical services, supply chain, hospitality, audit, marketing, and engineering.
• Take on meaningful tasks that contribute to the host company’s daily operations and strategic projects.
• Develop sector‑specific knowledge while supporting cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in structured training and mentorship sessions throughout the programme.

Required profile

• Recent Polytechnic Diploma graduate (Singapore citizen or PR).
• Less than 2 years of full‑time work experience (excluding internships and part‑time roles).
• Completed National Service by July 2026.
• Not currently enrolled in a university or degree programme.
• Motivated, career‑ready and eager to learn.
