Group Financial Controller (Regional)

About the role

The Group Financial Controller (Regional) will report directly to the Group CFO and lead a high‑performing finance team. This strategic position oversees the global financial close, consolidations, and the production of management and statutory reports for the executive board.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end reporting cycle across a matrix of international entities, subsidiaries and joint ventures.
• Manage complex group‑level consolidations and multi‑currency reporting.
• Prepare clear, actionable management and statutory reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with business heads and operational teams to provide financial insight and support product‑line decisions.
• Ensure corporate governance, statutory compliance and oversee audit and tax processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with professional accreditation (CA, CPA, ACCA).
• Significant experience in financial leadership, preferably as a Regional Controller in a complex, multi‑layered organization.
• Proven ability to work with diverse product lines and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and a hands‑on leadership style.
