Group Financial Controller – SGX Listed Company

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Group Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, consolidation and SGX compliance for a listed group with regional operations. The role reports to senior leadership and requires deep technical accounting expertise combined with strong stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee end‑to‑end consolidated financial statements for the group.
• Manage monthly consolidation across subsidiaries using Excel‑based processes.
• Produce quarterly board packs and ensure timely filing with SGX and regulators.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex areas such as revenue recognition and share‑based payments.
• Coordinate with external auditors and present audit papers to the audit committee.
• Maintain and enhance the internal control framework and disclosure requirements.
• Partner with senior leadership on business strategy, acquisitions and finance system improvements.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant or CPA qualification.
• More than 15 years of finance experience, including SGX reporting.
• Proven experience in group‑level consolidation and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a lean, small‑team environment.
• Strong ownership, proactive attitude and excellent stakeholder rapport.
