Group Product Manager (Ecommerce)

About the role

A consumer-focused organisation in Singapore, undergoing a major digital transformation, is looking for a Group Product Manager (Ecommerce) to lead a portfolio of customer-facing digital products that enhance shopping and dining experiences across multiple channels. The role defines product strategy, mentors a team of product managers and works closely with engineering and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead multiple product teams delivering high-impact digital products.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Senior Product Managers.
• Drive product roadmaps, priorities and experimentation initiatives.
• Establish and track key product and customer success metrics.
• Analyse data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operational teams.
• Lead go-to-market planning and product launches, and identify ways to improve customer journeys and business performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of product management experience in digital, technology, e-commerce, consumer platforms or related fields.
• Proven experience leading product teams and delivering successful digital products.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple business functions.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing product talent.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile product development and tools such as Jira.
• Understanding of software development processes and product delivery lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
