Group Total Quality Management – Beverage West

About the role

This senior position leads Group Total Quality Management for the Beverage West business unit. You will drive quality performance, continuous improvement and food safety across all manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units to collect, analyse and report monthly quality data, and develop quarterly governance action plans.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, including external audits, Request‑for‑Change (RFC) processes and quality risk assessments.
• Maintain the Group TQM resource database, manage user access and support the creation of R&D policies, guidelines and procedures aligned with international standards.
• Assess and qualify new raw‑material and packaging suppliers through document reviews, technical assessments and audits.
• Design and execute sterility test plans, cleaning‑in‑place (CIP) programmes and hygiene verification before commercial production runs.
• Develop, maintain and align Quality Plans across all Business Units to ensure consistency and compliance.

Required profile

• Degree in Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in dairy or beverage manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food packaging qualification is preferred.
• Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
